The Network Tour gives the user an idea of the Internet

proud of this technological advancement and sees it as an asset. So,
a tour such as this seem significant. |

Buildings
|
|
|
| |

The Buildings feature of the Silliman University Online Tour provides
the user with the opportunity of searching for a particular building
only by knowing its name. There may be some users who don't know
where in the campus a building is, but they know its name. This
feature helps them in this predicament. The different buildings
are classified into six categories: General Buildings, Academic
Buildings, Dormitories, Residences, SU Farm and Marine Lab and Landmarks.

Colleges
|
|
|
| |

The Colleges feature is almost the same as the Buildings feature
but there are only a few differences. First, the buildings are arranged
into the different colleges they belong to. For example, High School
Main Building is part of the School of Basic Education. Next, there
is a map of the main campus and of the SU Farm and Lab. So that
every time the user moves his mouse over a specific college, the
buildings belonging to that college pop up from the map.

As the user chooses a college, the buildings that belong to that
college would be displayed at the box found below all the colleges.
The user can then choose from the buildings listed at the box. All
the buildings and landmarks at the map found at the right side are
still clickable.
